Here’s How It Works
STEP 1: Contact Us
Please contact our office first and inform us what tour(s) you’re interested in. We can then check availability, give you further information about the destination, and go over current pricing and policies. Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5).

STEP 2: Complete the Tandayapa Bird Lodge Booking Form
After you have been in contact with our office, we will send you a link to our online booking form
Please read the terms and conditions, complete the form, and press SUBMIT.
Please ensure that you read all the terms and conditions and understand the Tropical Birding cancellation policy before booking. If you have any questions on this, please contact our office staff
STEP 3: Review Invoice
Once we have received the Tandayapa Bird Lodge booking form we’ll send an invoice with notice of payments due. This will outline both the amount of the payments and dates when they are due.
Step 4: Make Payment
Important: your space on the trip is only reserved once we receive your deposit payment AND your completed booking form. Follow the instructions on your invoice to make payment.
